Dr. Elizabeth Kimm is a physical therapist and the founder of Palmetto Pelvic Health in Charleston, South Carolina. A navtive Carolinian, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Emory University.

For over a decade, Elizabeth has devoted her career to women’s pelvic health. She founded a comprehensive pelvic floor program within an outpatient orthopedic clinic, combining her background in orthopedics with a passion for restoring balance and function in women’s health. Her experience eventually inspired her to open Palmetto Pelvic Health, a practice built on the belief that women deserve personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a calm, supportive environment.

Elizabeth’s approach to therapy is rooted in understanding how the whole body - including the nervous system, posture, breath, and daily movement - interacts with the pelvic floor. She values creating space for meaningful connection, patient education, and progress that extends beyond the clinic.

She believes that every woman should be able to live her life without pelvic floor disruptions, free to move, laugh, work, and play with confidence and ease
